12" Launch Party - poster released

Indeed. Cop an eyeful of this....and the only act appearing that's not on the 12" is the Overhope Organisation. Ooh! Does that mean a Soundhog track is committed to vinyl? Ah...yes, yes it does.

Book, record and t-shirt update

OK, so the book photo shoot is now *this* weekend, postponed due to illness. The 12" is at the pressing plant & is looking OK so far (awaiting the test pressings) and we have some t-shirts and stuff you can buy from spreadshirt.co.uk, the link is on the front page of the website under 'Merchandise'.

A few very cool non-logo'd Mouse Mobius pieces there, go check it out. We figure that for all this stuff the question must be 'would you wear it to the pub'? Ah...yes. Yes, I would. There's a real cute clock there too, go have a look.

Regarding the 12", the track listing and sleeve will be made public as soon as the test pressings are approved.

New artwork on the front page!!

Courtesy of the fantastic Phillip at biro-art.com (link to the right there, check his stuff out), the new front page artwork is up! It looks WAY better than the original (which was MC Escher's 'Mobius Strip II' from 1963), and T-shirts, mugs and assorted other paraphenalia will be available soon.

Otherwise, work on the 12" and the book continues apace, with photo sessions for both happening on the weekend of the 21st; they should go to print shortly after that.

WOB March 06 - oops

We've lost the venue apparently. Oops. No idea what's going to happen now....it was going to be the launch party for the 12" of course, on topic of which Chris hurry up with that track!

Update: yeah, def. no venue, Lumpy's looking into an alternative. Launch party might be delayed therefore....ah well, these things are sent to try us....

New Artwork is complete

...and it's phenomenal. It'll appear on the front page as soon as Phillip gets the CD with the originals on to us.

Book Update

Editing is in progress, but there's still no front cover image determined.

We thought a few taster lies might amuse.

• The Serpentine contains 23 million gallons of Ribena. This is why all the crayfish are purple.
• Adam Hart Davies is a pygmy hippo in a loud shirt.
• Imelda Marcos is 163 years old and is kept alive by regular injections of suede water repellent; the huge collection of shoes is merely a cover for bulk water repellant purchases at ShoeWorld in Droitwich.
• The planet Earth has four suns, but they’re always perfectly aligned so you can only see the nearest one.
• Helen Of Troy was noted for her skills in playing Subbuteo.
• Nokia mobile phones are powered by your brainwaves. The battery is there purely as a placebo and to offset suspicion. This is why text messages are rubbish when you send them drunk - the power’s all skew-whif.
• Thrash metal kills nits.
• Viagra was invented to repel greenfly from runner beans.

There are a shade over eighteen hundred of these. Many of them are more libellous than the examples given here, but then again these are all Lies. Not an iota of truth in there. Or maybe that's a lie too. You are the judge!

Anyway, the book progresses through the editing stages. We'll keep you updated as to progress. We reckon we might be able to get a little Flash presentation or game or something out there too. We'll let you know.
